How often do I need DI tank exchange?

That depends on your water quality and daily volume. Most tunnel washes require tank swaps every 2–6 weeks. We monitor TDS levels and schedule exchanges before performance drops — no guesswork.

Can’t I just use a water softener?

Softeners remove hardness (calcium & magnesium), but they don’t reduce TDS, which is what causes spots in the final rinse. For true spot-free results, you need DI or RO water under 10 ppm.

Do I need both RO and DI?

Not always. RO alone works for many sites if your feed water isn’t extreme. We offer both options and will recommend a setup based on your usage, flow rate, and target finish quality.

What’s included in your RO maintenance service?
