Carver Water Technology is a leading provider of water and wastewater solutions in Tampa and across Florida, specializing in plant operations, maintenance, and engineering services. From running daily plant operations to designing and integrating complex treatment systems, we provide end-to-end water management solutions.
Our work supports public utilities, private industrial plants, medical campuses, and decentralized systems throughout the Tampa Bay area, the Southeastern U.S and the Caribbean. Whether you're a municipality facing regulatory pressure or a dialysis center requiring AAMI-grade purity, Carver delivers scalable solutions rooted in reliability, compliance, and field-tested performance.
Carver Water Technology is a company that strives to follow in the footsteps of the great American inventor, chemist, and botanist Dr. George Washington Carver. He devoted his life to developing efficient farming techniques, developing commercial uses for plant by-products and myriad other pursuits ultimately rooted in the idea of sustainability and environmentalism.
It was in the spirit of this great American scientist that our company was formed.
Our mission is to facilitate sustainable water practices, steward the environment, and strengthen our global community.
We focus on helping utilities and industrial clients navigate the complexity of the procurement and maintenance of advanced water and wastewater treatment systems. We seek to incorporate innovative technology from our strategic partners while providing reliable maintenance, field service support, and value engineering.
To deliver world-class water and wastewater solutions through direct operation, engineering excellence, and an unrelenting focus on uptime, safety, and compliance.
We believe in practical innovation—designing systems that solve problems in the field, not just on paper.
Our mission is to Facilitate sustainable water practices, steward the environment, and
strengthen our global community.
Field-Proven Accountability – We own our work in the field, not just the design.
Engineered Simplicity – We don’t overbuild. We simplify and optimize.
Compliance as a Baseline – We meet or exceed regulatory expectations.
Partnership Over Transactions – Long-term relationships drive long-term results.
Operator-Informed Design – Our engineers listen to the boots on the ground.
We operate water and wastewater facilities across Florida and the southeastern U.S., offering:
Licensed operators for public and private plants
Preventive and corrective maintenance
Digital reporting and regulatory documentation
Emergency response and after-hours support
Carver's team includes mechanical, chemical, and environmental engineers experienced in system design and retrofit across municipal, industrial, and medical sectors.
Water treatment plant engineering
Wastewater and reuse system design
Pumping, metering, and SCADA upgrades
Compliance strategy and permitting
Our engineering-service hybrid structure lets us build and maintain high-performance systems such as:
Reverse Osmosis Systems
Deionization Systems
Thermal hydrolysis and biofiltration systems
Mobile water and wastewater treatment skids
We compete directly with larger state-wide and national firms in plant operations and maintenance. However, where they rely on scale and administrative depth, we differentiate through speed, responsiveness, and cross-trained technical field teams.
Unlike other equipment-centric dealers, Carver provides in-house engineering and integrated support for complex projects. And while we may not yet operate at the level of our global competitors, our technical depth and local execution position us as the rising player in the water infrastructure space of the Southeastern United States and the Caribbean.
At Carver Water Technology, we integrate cutting-edge processes developed by Tomorrow Water that drastically improve wastewater treatment efficiency, energy savings, and biosolids management. These systems are designed not only for technical performance but for environmental impact, operational simplicity, and long-term ROI.
A high-temperature, high-pressure sludge treatment process that significantly reduces sludge volume while increasing biogas yield. DRACO slashes BOD and TSS by up to 90%, enabling more compact, energy-positive plant operations.
An energy-efficient nitrogen removal process using anaerobic ammonium oxidation. AMX achieves over 60% energy savings and eliminates the need for costly external carbon sources in sidestream and mainstream applications..
A modular, ultra-low-energy biofiltration system that removes solids, BOD, and nutrients with compact footprint and minimal OPEX. Proven to eliminate up to 80% of sludge without chemical dosing or intensive operator input.
AWG Contracting US is a leading provider of
atmospheric water generator (AWG) technology, a
reliable source of pure water for military, civilian, and
commercial uses. Their on-demand, on-site
production reduces infrastructure and logistical
challenges, making it a sustainable solution for clean
water access.
Units range in water production from 800 liters
to over 10,000 liters per day, including the AWG5000
Emergency Response Military Grade Unit.
Currently, AWG and CWT are in development of permanent structures, with significantly lower
costs, to be implemented in various water stressed cities in the US and abroad.
