Step 2: Order and procurement. You purchase through our online store or confirm a custom order directly with our team. We source and configure your complete system in Tampa.

Step 3: Freight and customs. We coordinate all shipping from Tampa to Nassau including export documentation and customs clearance on the Bahamian side. You do not deal with freight brokers or customs forms.

Step 4: Onward delivery. From Nassau we coordinate delivery to your island. We work with mail boat schedules, charter flights, and local freight contacts across the Family Islands.

Step 5: Installation. Our team travels to your location and installs the complete system. Standard residential installations are completed in one day. We do not leave until the system is running, tested, and you understand how to operate it.

Q1: Can you deliver and install a system on my island?

Delivery to Nassau is handled directly. Onward freight to Family Islands is coordinated through mail boat and charter depending on your location. Q2: How long does installation take after I order?

For standard residential systems, most installations are completed within four weeks of order confirmation. This includes procurement, freight, customs clearance, onward delivery, and the installation visit itself.

Larger commercial or industrial systems have longer lead times depending on scope and configuration.

Q3: What if something breaks after you leave?

We provide remote technical support by phone and WhatsApp for all systems we install. For issues that require a physical visit we will schedule a return trip. For systems under a maintenance agreement, we have spare parts pre-staged and prioritize response time for contracted clients.

Q4: Do you sell replacement parts and filters?

Yes. Replacement membranes, filter cartridges, UV bulbs, and other consumables are available through our online store. We ship to Nassau with onward freight coordination to Family Islands.
